Nemours Children's Urgent Care, Lake Nona

The front desk and medical staff are very polite and patiently answer questions. Be prepared to wait about an hour or two before actually seeing the doctor. There were two people ahead of us when we arrived and it we still waited an hour and a half to get treatment. The prices on the board do not reflect what we paid but the staff did explain everything we paid for prior to charging us. The cost for the appointment without insurance was $209 not including any exams.

Receptionist and nurses were awesome! They made us feel welcome when my husband and I came in with our daughter. The doctor however was very unsure about what was troubling my daughter. He kept talking so much and bouncing around from theory to theory. By the time he left we were even more confused.

Love Jessica! She’s the best didn’t let me go without fixing my newborn’s car sit. Told me what was wrong with my baby when no one else could. Thank you Jessica, will keep going here even if I have to drive 2 hours to get there.

Took my daughter there last night around 8pm. We are here on vacation from Chicago and the staff made us feel welcome as well as they saw us almost immediately. I was super impressed with the facility; they had rocking chairs and tv’s playing kids movies in every patient room. A special nurse even gave my daughter a popsicle to help take her mind off her ear pain. I definitely recommend if an emergency arises!
