I went to several shops looking for my dream wedding dress and never received the customer service like I did at Carolyn Allen's. I told them what I envisioned and they found the dress. They did the alterations to make the dress exactly how I wanted it. They were so cautious during the alterations and wanted to be certain it was just how I planned. If I would've known about them first, I would've saved my time.

When I first arrived, I was given books of actual dresses in stock (with pricing!) to review and then the wonderful staff pulled the dresses. They do alterations on site so I was able to get answers to all of my questions to get my dream dress. I highly recommend this place and wish I would have came here first.
