  Dance trance has transformed my life! I came to one class and can’t stop coming! It is pure fun, joyful ness and soul inspiring happiness. You can’t help but smile when you are here. Instructors are down to earth and delightful. No judgement- all levels of dancers. Dance trance is life!

  Dance Trance is one helluva happy place! ... you dance (or try to) and no one judges you, and you walk out with a smile in your heart and a good number of calories burnt, simple!
  
  I remember my first day walking into Dance Trance Orlando, I happened to walk right into Nicole's beginner class... She asked me to skip any signup stuff and just join the class right there..so I joined a live class... Bang! to me that showed that this wasn't about sign up formalities and more about dance :)
  
  The instructors here care about YOU and how it makes you feel, they are very newbie friendly as I found out and turned out to be amazing friends over the years!!!
  
  Dance Trance Orlando is definitely a tribe that looks out for each other and all its students...as one of the few guys here I have felt totally welcome and at home here! This is an amazing place that can change your outlook toward life

  Total Awesomeness! The fun level is sky high and the choreography is amazing. Oh and burning hundreds of calories is cool too.

  Fabulous, exhilarating activity , that can't even be considered exercise , because it's so much fun. Dancing burns the most calories of anything you can possibly do. Dance Trance Orlando is my go to place whenever I'm in town ! Friendly group, and the routines work out every part of your body. You feel like you just walked off a Broadway stage, sans audience!

  Absolutely the best fitness classes ever. My mind, body and spirit are at their peak when I'm there. The music, choreography and instructors combine to make this the perfect workout without feeling like a workout. Always fun and always challenging.
