(January 25, 2019, 3:37 pm)Seriously a great experience here! Very affordable with the three day offer and a timeshare presentation. This is the easiest and most chill presentation that I have had at any resort. They totally understood when I told them my situation and finances and they didn’t pressure me into something that I couldn’t afford at the moment. Really fun pool and great food and drinks. My only complaint is that the first room we checked into was on level 4 and it was very musky and itchy in that room with no opening windows. After a complaint to management they upgraded us to a one bedroom suite on the 9th floor and that was truly an amazing room with a balcony. It was a total game changer. So I suggest staying here but not staying on any of the lower level floors.

(January 24, 2019, 10:36 am)Nice large resort with varied pools, hot tubs, waterfall and plenty of poolside seating. Awesome, friendly staff. Restaurant, bar, store, gym and kids playroom on site. Covered parking. Safe.

(January 23, 2019, 8:39 pm)Stayed here a dozen times or so, kind of our home away from home. Great location just five minutes from Disney springs. Huge rooms, reasonable prices, tasty food and comfortable beds.

(January 14, 2019, 9:39 pm)An elegant yet comfortable resort. The staff is friendly and efficient. They do everything possible to make your stay a good one. One of the prettiest pools we have ever seen. Some rooms have a view of the nightly Disney fireworks.

(January 1, 2019, 9:11 pm)Spacious rooms and great customer service. They were accommodating and also very warm. The views are nice and parking is free. You have most everything you need to stay here a week or more. There is no room service or housekeeping if you stay for just a few days but if you call and ask for something they are happy to accommodate. I was so busy I didn’t have time to take advantage of the pool, water slide, track around the lake and other wonderful amenities. I will definitely use this resort again.
