My wife and I are not easy to please. Rachael showed us 55 properties before we found the home that had all the ingredients we were looking for. Rachael was always prepared which made looking at all those properties a much less stressful event. She had maps and routes planned as we literally travelled over a hundred miles on any given day while looking at homes. It didn’t matter what day or time, Rachael was there for us. Rachael showed us our forever home on 2 hours notice at 5 p.m. on a Sunday!!
Joe is just as dedicated! He handled the negotiation process flawlessly. When we wanted to settle on the first counteroffer Joe advised against it at which point I left the deal in his hands with the simple instructions “don’t lose the house”. That decision saved us $15,000! We were comfortable throughout the entire negotiation process that we were in good hands and we had “The Dream Team” on our side. Joe knew how to work the deal to get us everything we wanted in a package that was fair to all!
If there were 10 stars to give in this review I would! Joe and Rachael get 10 out of 5 stars each! I would recommend their talents in the real estate market to anyone. Put the Dream Team on your side and let them work for you! -
