  Great place to workout at! Ron is a fantastic trainer with tons of experience. He has a vast knowledge beyond training- if you feel any pain in your shoulder, knees, back, etc he’ll make it go away! This place is my home away from home. Always clean and very inviting. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and help you get the results you are looking for. Best studio in Florida!

  The instructors and the clientele are very nice. Studio is welcoming, clean and quiet. Great location & plenty of parking. Ron is great! I am not very good at yoga, yet I feel very comfortable practicing here. I won't go anywhere else :)

  My new favorite place to practice yoga! Bonnie is amazing! The class was challenging, but low pressure and fun!

  Excellent yoga classes! If you want to get up and move or you need help relaxing, there’s a class for it. The teachers are top notch and the studio is filled with positive welcoming vibes. I live near downtown surrounded by yoga studios but I love Art of Fitness classes so much I choose to drive to Dr. Phillips whenever I can to practice with them.

  I just recently met Ron and can tell you he is one of the most healthy and positive people I have ever met. His space is incredible and his knowledge of health, nutrition and exercise training are the tops in the field. I would highly recommend reading his first book, very current and relevant information for those wanting to improve their life.
