  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Not only are the apartments brand new, completely modern and beautifully done (complete with balcony/porch), but the entire complex is quiet, clean and very well maintained!! The staff are the most friendly, welcoming people you will ever deal with ANYWHERE. Monica & Sam take care of you like you are family! Taking out the trash is as easy as leaving your can right outside your door for pickup. Maintenance team is on-hand whenever and for whatever you need. The facility has a great pool, gym, yoga studio, conference room and clubhouse equipped with wi-fi, a pool table and TVs to kick back and watch games. They even got a Starbucks machine in the lobby. If this sounds too good to be true come check it out for yourself!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

  I had been shopping for an apt for a while and I’m really glad that I landed at Alta Grande. From my first contact with Beth (one of the leasing agents), she was very quick at responding to my emails/calls to answer any questions that I had and she helped walk me through everything that I needed to ensure that my transition went as smooth as possible. Then after I moved in, I happened to have a defective washer and contacted Beth, and she responded immediately, and Kevin (Head of Maintenance) was awesome, and replaced the washer less than an hour of my request. In the time that I have been here, any matter that came up, Beth has been very quick to respond and has shown me that she will do everything in her power and beyond to resolve the issue timely, because she truly cares about her tenants and will do whatever she can make them happy. The apt units are brand new and beautiful, and you get the whole package when the staff who manage the property provide such exceptional customer service, and treat you like family.
  
  Special thanks to Beth, Kevin, and Sam for going above and beyond and making me feel so happy to call this place home.

  Moved in today. Beth was our leasing agent and she has been fantastic from start to finish. Answered every question, followed up quickly with phone calls and emails immediately. They gave us exactly what they promised. Nothing hidden and everything was very easy! The apartments are new so they are very nice. Amenities seem good so far. This has been a great experience and is exactly opposite to our first experience in Ancora...I highly recommend this property.

  My husband and I have an infant baby and we are both in school. We were looking for a safe comfortable place to start our journey. We entered Alta Grande in hopes of it becoming home. Thanks to the welcoming, warm, and poised staff our experience in leasing an apartment here exceeded our expectations. The location, amenities, and luxury feel of the neighborhood is a plus, but what really did it for us was our experience with property management. We are proud to call this home.   Absolutely in love with our new home! Beth has been the greatest since day one of our initial
  contact! Her excellent customer service & care for her residents definitely shows. The same goes for the maintenance team.
