(January 30, 2019, 1:01 pm)Fantastic hotel. Really enjoyed my stay. They even upgraded us to a bigger room and gave us a junior suite. The restaurant in the hotel jacks has a superb menu for steak and red wine !

(January 6, 2019, 2:32 pm)Second time staying at this hotel and overall it was a very nice stay. Lots to do and see in the area and in the hotel had decent restaurants as well. The only problem was the a/c in our room did not work so well as it was either hot and twould not turn on automatically except when I turned the thermostat down a degree, but then it got real cold in the room. Just could not get a happy medium. But we only stayed one night so we just lived with it. But still it was a great hotel

(January 4, 2019, 9:35 pm)The Rosen Plaza Hotel is great especially for a professional conference. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The pool is nice and a good place to relax. Most importantly it has a 24 hour quick market to shop at. The rooms are nice though the bathroom is a bit cramped. Location wise it great for a hotel not designed to be on top of Disney World.

(December 30, 2018, 11:24 am)Nice hotel, I stayed over the Christmas holiday and when I arrived I thought I was in a nightmare. The lobby was covered with children in Santa Klaus hats.
I hurried to my room and to my surprise it was lovely, spacious and we'll appointed. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars was the housekeeping department. Hotels need to understand how important it is for their staff to be mindful and QUIET in the halls. Also if you knock on the door and your guest say I'm still here, staff should check with the hotel if you think there is a discrepancy. Instead of constantly arguing the departure time.
In my scenario, I'm there on an extended time and the attendant was very forceful and rude. The first encounter I was on the phone, the second time I was getting dressed. I thought whomever it was should have had more professionalism and check with the hotel, which was my advice to the housekeeper. Also, I would not have tolerated that type of exchange if I was there with my children. Otherwise it seemed to be an awesome place for the children. -
