From the first contact we made wherein it was easy to speak with a courteous person rather than wait on hold or wait for a callback to make an appointment, we were happy. Despite being a busy practice, it is very efficient. My husband had 2 cataract surgeries performed by Dr. Patel and his eyesight is much improved. His situation is out of the ordinary because of having to also need retina surgery prior to his cataract surgery, but Dr Patel referred him to a very good practitioner for that problem. The staff at this practice is always easy to contact regarding any concerns, and they promptly speak with the doctor to give you an answer.

(January 12, 2019, 2:42 pm)Dr. Patel and his staff are the absolute best. I went for Lasik treatment and cannot be anymore satisfied. Even after the procedure, the office regularly checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend any eye care services to this office.

In addition, Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable & conscientious toward the patients. I was dreading having my eye procedure done. Dr. Patel & his team took the time to talk me through each step & made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend Lake Nona Opthomology.
