  Orlando Orthopaedica Lake Nona was great! I arrived right when they opened and I got seen fairly quickly. They took x-rays right away and then the PA came in and told me my results. Never, at a walk-in clinic, have I had a doctor/PA be in the room for more than two minutes. He actually took the time to explain to me what had happened and showed my exercises to help me regain full function. I did not feel rushed which is always my biggest complaint at a walk-in clinic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  UPDATE: Although my original rating was a 1 star, I now changed it to 4 stars after the follow up from Orlando Ortho. The day after I posted this, I got a call from them, and they agreed to fix the billing issue. I had to make the original post because I had called twice and wrote email at least thrice requesting them to look into the matter before I decided to pay the dues and get it over with and post this review. I really appreciate their follow-up, and I wish I had that sooner instead of those regular payment due mails. Thank you Orlando Ortho Center for fixing my issue now.
  
  ORIGINAL: I never had any issues with the services provided by the doctors for myself. But they messed up billing for my daughter's pinky fracture and simply did not help fix the billing issue. The fracture required hardly any treatment except for a flimsy cast they put that came off in a day, I replaced with a one I bought in walgreens for next 4 weeks before follow up visit. Anyways, at the time of the initial visit they confirmed the charges and I paid in full (HSA). They clearly mentioned that payment was for "fracture treatment" and will cover all future office visits, but not x-ray. Fair enough, I paid it. Then after a month received a invoice for "office visit" charges. I called and disputed, but they started their "healthcare billing" lessons and how they normally do it etc. Well, they can do whatever they want but they could have disclosed the charges when I paid the initial "fracture treatment" cost instead of sliding something at a later time. I paid a hefty amount for a treatment that was in no way any better than a normal office visit for a flu consultation. I guess I am not going back any more.

  From day 1 of my visit to Orlando Orthopaedic Center, it’s been nothing less of exceptional!!! Dr. Stephen Goll and his P. A. Collin, as well as their Team have been great. From diagnostic to treating to surgery to PT to follow ups. ALL OF IT HAS FELT LIKE ROYAL TREATMENT!!! Not to mention the awesome hands I was in with Dr. Goll for surgery and the complete remedy of all pain I was excruciatingly in prior to. Even the ORMC staff was great during my overnight observation. I couldn’t have asked for a better Team and outcome!!!

  I had a full knee replacement with Dr. Eric Bonnenburger after being disappointed by other practices and I have been in very good hands which includes his very capable PA. It's only been a month and a half the process has been as painful and difficult as everyone said it was going to be that the progress is there and I am sure all this would lead me to mobility and a more normal life. Highly recommend Eric, thank you!!!!!

  From the outside, to the elevator, to the walk into the clinic, it doesn't look like much. But once you talk to the sweet lady at the reception desk and fill out your papers (on a real table if you like it better than your lap), it just gets better and better.
  This is first class care and professionalism! Each person who works there is charming and knows what to do to help. And even when you think maybe your problem isn't serious enough, they help you laugh and feel better and take care of it nicely.
