I recently had an appointment with Dr. Lago. I'm happy with him. I wasn't impressed with the office but Dr. Lago did take time to talk with me and schedule tests. I can't seem to get one test done - it's been rescheduled 2 times now - because the medical assistant is too busy to send in the authorization form to the hospital for the insurance company. I'm grateful this isn't an emergency and I'm grateful that Ashley, who answers the phone each time I call, is kind and patient with me while I'm frustrated :) She also got the supervisor involved so my issue could be taken care of.
I recently visited Dr. Sompalli and have nothing but good things to say. He tended to all of my questions and concerns while providing great follow up care. I am Impressed with Dr. Sompalli and all of his staff. Thank you again.
I have read previous google reviews on this Office and to Dr. Sompalli, and i have to say honesty i disagree, 180%. The office was very efficient and my procedure went very smoothly and Dr. Sompalli helped me every step of the way. I will be referring anybody that is in need over to Orlando Heart and Vascular.
