I was prepared for the worst after reading some of the online reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised after my first visit. In their website I found out exactly what I paperwork I needed to bring and got in line with their app. I was there on time and in less than 5 minutes my number was called. I showed all my paperwork, did the eye exam, took my picture and left with my new license in about 15 minutes from the moment I walked through the main entrance. The person that took care of me was very nice and got things done quickly. I think a lot of the bad reviews are due to people not being prepared before going to the office.
