  My leasing agent Felicia was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole leasing process.. honestly was a big part of why I chose to rent here instead of atleast 10 to 15 other properties in the area. I just got a good vibe and felt like I was going to be treated with respect and have a great place to live. I am happy to call Abaco Key my new home! Thanks Felicia! Keep smiling!

  I've lived in Abaco Key for going on 8 years+. I love living here. From the staff in the front office to the residents, themselves, everyone is very friendly. The pool and facilities are kept clean and well maintained. I love that there's always something going on. There always seems to be a food truck or an event at the pool. As for parking... We'd definitely benefit from more spaces. That being said, there isn't anywhere to put them. Logistically, it doesn't seem cost effective. So: yes, parking is something we all struggle with. Still love living here.

  I have been living here for almost a year now and just signed the lease on another apartment here. The location is great and the amenities are great. The swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is pretty good as well, Felicia was extremely helpful and patient and helped me through the entire long process of a lease takeover and getting a new apartment. The only thing I can say to potential applicants is, get your paperwork in early as the application process will be pending for some time as it takes time to process. The only complaint I have about the place is that when I come home late at night, there is no parking anywhere near my building and I have to park on the opposite side of the complex and walk, but other than that I love the place.

  You will never want to go anywhere else once you move here. I have lived here for years and have no plan to move. The leasing office is open every day so I can always go grab a package or use the business center since they have such good hours. The office staff is always friendly and offering help. Love the pool and all the events they offer to my family. Move to Abaco Key, you won’t regret it.
