  Evan was awesome! Hopefully I will never have to go back to see them but if anything ever happens to one of my electronics this is definitely the place I will be going. Very professional, quick turn around time and my laptop is working like new. Also, even if your device is working fine you should stop in and try your hand at the unbreakable iPhone screen protector! This thing is straight out of the future.. There is a hammer waiting to smash an iPhone on the counter completely free of charge. Make a bet with your friend, or just go take out some anger. Worth paying a visit!

  The initial visit & repair was fine. Everything was done quickly & professionally. My problem has to do with my second visit when I went to explain issues I was experiencing with the repair. It was made to seem that the problems were mine and were explained to me in a rather condescending manner. It essentially came down to limitations with after market parts; limitations which were not explained prior to my initial servicing. Had I been aware I may have made another decision regarding repair of my device. Make sure to educate yourself as the company did not fully explain what service reductions my device would have post repair.
  
  Update: I have to say that iFixYouri did go out of their way to try to rectify my repair. Once I spoke with the right person & explained my issues, they advised me that it was possible to get more premium parts-it just required that I wait until it was ordered. No problem. Now my phone is in the same condition as before it broke. I appreciate the extra effort. If you have any concerns, just ask a few more questions and they'll make sure to get you situated properly :)

  Terrible they offer life warranty on the glass they have hammer price and after a week of changing that glass my phone dropped splatter the supper hammer price screen protector and they did not replace my screen since they only warranty the screen protector very dumb protection. Please do not go there it’s a rip-off
