  UPDATE 2/6/2019: First time I've been in this Starbucks when they had downtime (they're usually very busy). The staff quickly assembled samples of their new hot chocolate and served it with a croissant piece. Best Starbucks ever!

  Very nice and welcoming staff. I really like d the atmosphere. I saw a couple people doing scientific stuff there on the couch.
  I totally can see myself writing or reading a paper there for hours there, and this is not the experience you can get in every Starbucks branch.

  I'd like to personally recognize Lisa for how well she handled the world's most inappropriate customer today. It is in no way your fault that the app wasn't functioning properly, nor did you deserve to be yelled at because of it. I would not have been able to hold my composure half as well as you did! I witness entire staff of this location continuously go above and beyond for customers who treat them terribly and don't even offer a "thank you" in return.
