The service was great
Open on time, fast attentive service. But, they may not have some cars on site as they must be brought from the airport location, and that may slow things down if you are in a hurry. They did not offer me what's available at the same price, but it was only a $2 difference so I paid it. However it should have been a free upgrade, if they don't have the car you reserved at the time of reservation.
I had a difficult situation with the Winter Park location not accepting my return at 2pm when it was scheduled. The manager at this location was courteous and quickly offered compensation when I explained my situation. I am thankful customer service was not forgotten here like Winter Park. I will be using this rental location for all my rental needs in the future.
