(February 18, 2018, 11:08 pm)Ask for David! He really knows his stuff and, more importantly, provided outstanding service. He actually brought to our attention that we were being overcharged for services that we weren't aware of, and made sure to make the necessary corrections for us. I NEVER expected that from any sales rep making commission. He even talked us into cheaper devices instead of "wasting money on features we might never use" (his words.) That is what i call going above and beyond for a customer!! I was very impressed with the service and honesty from David, and always recommend this store to anyone who asks. Oh, and we LOVE our new phones AND tablets, and for the same price that we were paying before! Thank you David and T-Mobile!
