I was extremely frustrated and losing hope that I would meet my fitness goals. I signed up with Jen for a 6 week challange and the pounds began melting off. My body just needed some diet tweaking and Jen was able to do just that for me! I highly recommend this company for fitness /nutrition goals. If I can do it, anyone can!

I have been a couple of times and found that moving from machine to machine can become pretty boring real fast. I decided to search boot camp classes one day and came across Forte Fitness Boot Camp. I immediately reached out to the owner and showed up for complimentary class. It was exactly what I had been looking for! The class is approximately an hour long and packed with the high impact exercises, strength training and cardio I was looking for. If you are looking to tone up and lose weight...Forte Fitness Boot Camp is all you need to reach these goals. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about your health and success. If you are tired of the gym and looking for something to kick start your work out and get you motivated, I highly recommend Forte Fitness Boot Camp. You will be amazed at the results!!!

The instructors are very professional and the owner Jennifer is extremely kind engaging herself with all members and their personal progress. It would be hard to to find a better or more family oriented group! -

(October 16, 2015, 4:55 pm)Jenn and her team have been a blessing to me. I am on a hard road to fitness and I couldn't imagine going through it in a different way.
My husband and I are very unfit but wanted to make a huge step and join boot camp. We go to the location at South Econ. Its a small but devoted group. The schedule that is available works perfectly with our schedule and we feel so accomplished when we finish each class. Jenn and her team at no point make us feel like we are less than for being so physically unfit. She cheers us on and tells us constantly that we are doing better than before. This is so important to me and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me.
