Rudy’s Auto Body & Paint has given me TOP-NOTCH SERVICE more than once! Early in 2016, the front end of my older model Ford F150 was fairly, demolished. Rudy’s arranged for a tow-truck within 2 hours of my contacting them. Obed & Mark were the two guys I dealt with & they quite debonairly, put up with my insanity & multiple calls! That feat in itself makes them my FAVORITE AUTO REPAIR SHOP as the process of having a damaged vehicle in the shop is a stressful one; and these guys made it easier by keeping a sense of humor, along with their professionalism. The damage done to the front end of my truck was no longer visible in Any Way by the time they finished repairs. Everyone wanted to know which shop had done such a spectacular job & I let them all know- Rudy’s!
Later in 2016, my same truck was rear-ended & again, I called Rudy’s for the repairs. They did a FLAWLESS REPLACEMENT of my bumper & ordered a light-up Ford replacement cap for my hitch. Once again, you’d Never be able to see that my truck had been in an accident! They completed the repairs in a week’s time, took care of the details with the insurance company for me & took down my stress level!
Both times I’ve had repairs done, my truck was returned to me cleaner than I’d left it with them & had been detailed. You Cannot Beat the Service that Rudy’s Auto Body & Staff provides! They are busy for a Reason, but they’ll always make time to do the job right!
Rudy's is by far the BEST body shop in Orlando. I am very particular about my car and pretty much a perfectionist. Obed and his team share the same values. They take care of your car as if it was their own. My door had a dent in it, and they were able to do the body work and re-paint the driver's side. The car looked brand new and you could never tell work was done. I even took the car to a different Audi dealership and they thought the car was mint. I HIGHLY recommend Rudy's! By far the best work and very reasonable pricing.
