My husband and I were completely satisfied with their service. We worked directly with Jose Costa and had a pleasant experience with him. We were both first time buyers and he took the time to guide us carefully through the process, showed us several homes in our scope and budget, offered us helpful suggestions and recommendations, and we always felt he was working for us and not just for a commission. We felt like he truly cared about us and our needs. He was always on time to showings and responded within 24 hours to any questions we had. From our initial search of homes to our closing date, it only took 3 months. He helped us find the perfect home and we love it! I would recommend Jose Costa and the COSTA Real Estate Team to anyone and in fact have already referred him to several friends. I do not have enough praises to give them as they are wonderful people who will treat you with respect, meet your needs, and make you feel you have a friend for life.

I started off by letting them know my plans of what I wanted to do. Immediately, an appointment was set up. I had an older home and the CRET showed me certain areas of the home that needed some attention in order for my husband and I to get the most value out of our home. We listened and they were so right. We were able to sell our home for way more than expected. We were guided in every aspect, from the small renovations of our former home, financing, and finding our new home. Our hands were held from beginning to end and were not let go until both closings took place. Super satisfied and super glad that we were given such great services and security in every step in what we consider the biggest transaction of our lives

(January 17, 2017, 9:48 am)The COSTA Real Estate Team has been working for us for just over two years as our property manager. During that time, the COSTA Real Estate Team has provided us and our renters, with attentive and exceptional service.
We have been landlords for 24 years and during that time we have hired a variety of property managers.
Until we hired the COSTA Real Estate Team, many times we found ourselves struggling to get our previous property management teams to take care of problems in a timely manner.
Not so with the COSTA Real Estate team. The COSTA Team responds promptly to concerns and needed repairs are done quickly, properly and at a reasonable cost.
We have found the COSTA Real Estate Team to be professional, courteous, attentive and honest to our renters and with us. They have exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them.
