First off, I can't speak for every representative and everyone else's experience, but I hope you're as lucky to get in line for Ms.Jahze, she was just Stupendously amazing! I traveled with my young son, tender age of 9 months at the time, to the Office to get my vehicle registration renewed. If you're a parent, taking young kids, babies even anywhere isn't an easy task! I spoke with her, she was very polite, warm, and inviting. She was helping me through the process of the renewal when she realized my car insurance was still registered in the previous state I moved from! I feared finding the time reschedule and travel back with my baby as a single mother but she assured me to relax, once I called my insurance agency to switch everything over to Florida, just come back to her and she take me. The process took nearly an hour, calling the agency, giving my information, having a new agent in my nearest location, etc. I was sure she would turn me away once I had finished.... As I was finished up, she actually came looking for me!! What a sweetheart. That meant the world to me as it wasnt no quick process! She brought me back to the booth where she took care of business and waived the fact I was alittle late on my renewal due to my job and taking care ofy baby! I felt blessed to have gotten her... Moments like that renew my belief in the human race and that we can evolve in better people each and every day.
