Highly recommended. I spent a year with them as Glacier & as Express Storage. The key here is Riley's excellent service. It's also an easily accessible location, plenty of room, and well kept grounds. HIGHLY recommend these guys if you are in the immediate area. Maybe even if you have to travel here!

My boyfriend and I went into Glacier West to inquire about a storage unit so that he can move in with me. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Storage was clean and ready when we needed it, the front desk was friendly and helpful. Riley went out of his way to make the process easy, understandable, and we felt like he found us the best pricing for what we needed. His knowledge and professionalism are unmatched and we feel that our items are in good hands. Thanks Riley!

Miranda & Riley are an exceptional team and provided me with excellent customer service. I appreciate their knowledge and level of professionalism. This is a great location; clean, safe, and very secure. You can tell they really care about their customers, and prices are great too.
