(October 3, 2017, 4:08 pm)I switched to State Farm a few months back. Initially, I was hesitant to switch due to previous not-so-great relationship with State Farm many years ago. However, the agent I spoke with took the time to explain the insurance process to me and significantly save me money. I was so impressed with Mr. Stephen Sheppard that I even came back a month or so later to discuss refinancing my car with State Farm Bank. He went above and beyond to make the process as simple and quick as possible for me. I even recommended his services to my mother, and she ended up doing the same. Needless to say, it is refreshing to find such patient and down-to-earth individuals who don’t mind explaining things and truly value their relationship with customers. We really appreciated the State Farm team and Mr. Sheppard's attentiveness to our individual needs.
