(July 10, 2018, 9:58 pm)Need more starts for this review. When I called to schedule the appointment it was answered with the best customer service. When we walked in today for our appointment we were met with a smile and kindness. This was my 6 year old sons first time at a dentist and he was very nervous. The staff was so reassuring with him and tried to put him at ease. Dr. Palacios was absolutely amazing, he made sure that he told my son what was going to happen before he started and once he started he always made sure that my son was ok. Dr. Palacios kept it all light and easy which really helped. I really liked that I was able to go back with him and so was my 4 year old daughter who was able to see everything that happened so that she too will be at ease when she goes in for her visit next. Dr. Palacios took the time to answer any questions we had I never once felt rushed or hurried. I highly highly recommend Dr. Palacios, it is clear that he is a great doctor that knows what he is doing, knows how to treat his patients, their family and his amazing staff.
