  I really enjoy Charlies sandwiches. Service is fast, which is great when you don't have alit of time to eat.

  Freshly cooked hot cheesesteaks. I got a classic cheesesteak which came fully stacked with a pickle and all. Your receipt can even come with a survey for a free fry and drink with purchase of sub and they may even give you a punch card for your eighth sandwich being free! This is enough incentive for me to choose it over other options on any trips to the Florida Mall.

  100% love there food! Eat here everytime i go to the mall. Try there chicken teriyaki with grilled onions light mayo and lettuce. Yummy!

  I came to this location for the first time with my family this past week and for the level of customer service I received from one of the supervisors I would definitely come back. I had ordered 4 sandwiches with the fries and my order was messed up twice and I was really irritated and kept trying to make them understand that they weren’t making them right and my kids wouldn’t eat the sandwiches (they’re very picky eaters). A supervisor Kimberly who luckily spoke Spanish and could talk to my mother who can’t speak English overheard what was happening and came to us personally and asked what was going on and I explained to her the situation and she apologized and from start to finish she remade all the sandwiches and gave me fresh fries since ours had gone cold from having to wait so long. She made sure that none of the meats were touching each other in the grill so my picky kids wouldn’t see them touching and she made sure that all our sandwiches were correct to our liking before she gave them to us. I would’ve given them a 5 Star review if they hand not messed up the order twice in the first place but the fact that they have people like that who will go out of their way to right a situation without giving us attitude like the girls from the grill and salad station were definitely made it better. The others kept messing around and not listening and talking to each other plus giving attitude when we were trying to get our sandwiches right, luckily we had someone actually help.
