The shuttle comes exactly to where you are parked. Everything was timely, no long waits for shuttle. Parking was great. I felt my car was safe!

(August 19, 2019, 8:25 am)Very easy online reservation system with convenient and easy access to the covered and uncovered parking areas; you do have to talk with the front gate attendant to get the row they'd like you to park in, which can be annoying yet saves time searching for a pull-in. There are something like 3 to 5 shuttles in rotation during most hours of the day, and all drivers have been very friendly so far; I've never waited more than 15 minutes to be picked up from the airport, and never more than 5 directly from my parked vehicle. The shuttles themselves are in great condition, though sometimes I wish the A/C wasn't turned up so high. Exit is easy and automated.
