  My Carmax experience was quick and painless, plus I got a great trade value for my car. My only complaint is that the front tires on my purchased vehicle were worn past the point of safety with Florida’s wet conditions. I took the vehicle in for an inspection from a third party for my own peace of mind and that’s really the only thing that came up. The service manager was very quick to order me 2 new tires (the rear tires looked new), but I couldn’t get a service appointment to install the tires until 2 weeks after the parts came in, so I had to be extra cautious driving in the rain. Other than the tire issue, my experience has been great. I will definitely refer others here that are looking for a quality used vehicle.

  This has been my 4th car I bought from CarMax. I have went to other dealers, but they tell you one price and then at the end it’s another $4k-$5k more. I only went to others dealers because I was desperate for a red Jeep Wrangler and CarMax didn’t have it at that, but guess what, one finally showed up in another state and I had it transferred and I was so very happy. From the time a placed the order for delivery to the time it arrived, I will always go back to CarMax and I will recommend them to my family and friends! There is no one being pushy and they listen to what you want and they do there best to get whatever car or truck you want. I had the sales person Marc Saint-Fleur who was great at customer service and kept checking up on me when I started my paperwork to buy.

  First time dealing with this type of car buying/selling service. Not only was it painless; it was quick, friendly and fair. We were happy with the price offered for our vehicle (slightly more than car dealer offered). The inspection was careful, quick and low contact. The paperwork was handled very efficiently. We forgot a flash drive in our car and had to go back the next day to try to retrieve it. The staff went above and beyond to go far out in the lot in a driving thunderstorm to get the flash drive. Thanks for a great experience.

  It was relaxed. My salesman, Dalip Singh, was awesome. He was knowledgeable. If he didn't know something he knew how to get the answer quickly. He followed all safety protocols and made me feel comfortable and explained the whole process to me. Then he made an appointment for me to bring my husband back for a second test drive. He met us when we walked in the door and made the whole process easy.
