(April 17, 2018, 11:36 am)Ron, the licensed optician, provided me with the upmost care and customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. He even educated me on glasses and the proper fitting for the bridge of my nose, which no one has ever informed me on how important that is. Ron exceeded my expectations from when I walked in the building to when I left. You should be lucky to have someone so passionate about their job working for you. Also, Dr. Lauer, the optometrist, delivered excellent care. It was the best eye exam I have ever received. She enlightened and educated me on my visit and answered many of my questions.

(April 13, 2016, 11:25 am)Eye exam at Target? Shouldn't I go to a REAL eye care center? I took the chance and I'm glad I did. When I arrived there were 2 staff members and the doctor working. Both staff members were very nice and genuinely interested in helping me understand the process of the exam and choosing the right glasses. We had a couple laughs as I tried on glasses. I honestly couldn't believe how great they were. Usually most places hire part timers who are just there because the have to have a job and could care less about customer service. It was refreshing and I knew I was in good hands. The doctor was great as well. Very kind and wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. She was genuine and caring. Great experience overall.
