  Car problems are never something to take lightly so when I saw past positive reviews for this Pepboys location I decided to drive the extra 10 minutes to go here over the one closer to my house. Manuel and Vinny were amazing and helped my sister and I get our car up and running in just a couple days. The customer servive they provided was excellent and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you again!

  Manuel was excellent I needed a replacement tire due to road hazard damage. He not only got me a great deal he was extremely courteous and professional. He made sure my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. I would promote him again, a great individual.

  Best mechanics in town! Great costumer service, and effectively fixed my car after I got the run around at another shop. Manuel and Vinny are both friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend this place!

  For those of us with a conveyance we sometimes need help!
  We don't all have the time and even knowledge to change our vehicles oil and filter.
  Rotate and balance said cars tires, or attempt to find that annoying rattle or explain a mysterious 'knock' that's "driving" us crazy.
  We wish we could say "no problem, I've got a mechanic in my pocket"
  We want someone to trust! Someone in our community to take our Autos to to fix it and get it back to us complete and confident that the care it receives is just and guaranteed, and that's why I go to Pep Boys!
  My location is the one on LB McLeod in Orlando and John at the desk is the 'front man'(I'm sure he won't mind me calling him that????) Manager Vinnie has quite the responsible team there and for more than 10 years they have put my vehicle back on roads safely. They treat me like I matter and my car(s) as well.
  LOOK there will always be some who rush their job, multi task to the point of loss to be thorough, cut corners because of deadlines. Feel pressure to complete work to the best of their ability and sometimes just not know how to do something correctly. In all matters my community gave me the team at this Pep Boys and my faith in them is great, and my wallet has thanked them. I won't go to the autos dealership unless it's mandatory but for ALL else I have John and Vinnies team at Pep Boys. Be a responsible car owner and go in their and say hello. Share your concerns, ask questions, listen to what they say.
