(October 5, 2018, 9:50 pm)I used this storage location for 2-3 years. Their communication was always clear and straight forward, and I never had any problems with payments. The facility was always well maintained and I never had trouble getting to my unit. The staff were always friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. Carmen, who helped me close out my unit and account, made the process quick and simple.

(September 9, 2018, 9:03 pm)I’ve been with this location for over 4 years. They attempt to keep the location clean and manageable. The thing I appreciate the most is the staff, Carmen has been a great addition to their team but I have a feeling she will advance well with this company. Leadership always rises to the top. The reason for my 4 star rating has to do with cost, my unit has risen over double since I started. After checking the web prices it causes me concern. It seems that a good approach to customer service is support those who have been with you the longest. I realize middle management doesn’t dictate the pricing. Just a thought to consider.
