    I highly recommend Dr Sadat. I had a great visit. I got my DOT physical done in a timely matter and he is a very nice person.

    Very nice Dr. Sadat M. Smith was very courteous and understanding during my DOT physical examination.
    I am very satisfied and happy with him and I am currently looking to return to his office for my next DOT exam, although I will have to travel more miles in each direction to see him again ... I highly recommend it.

    I realized my DOT physical was expiring within a few days and needed to schedule an appt asap. I called and explained my situation and the Dr scheduled me same day. Nice atmosphere, professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

    My husband Charles has been going to Dr. Smith for therapy for a little over one month, and from day one we knew that Choosing Dr. Smiith for my husband’s therapy was the right choice. Dr. Smith doesn’t just talk; he listens, and allows you to ask questions; he explains everything to you thoroughly, so that your not left guessing. My husband, and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Smith rather you’ve been in an accident , or just experiencing pain that needs the the excellent care, and experience of a qualified Chiropractic Neurologist.
