  Thank you for the outstanding service. The entire staff is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Nestle did an excellent job with my fillings. No pain at all! Would highly recommend.

  Dr. Heap is the best! He has been my dentist for quite some time now, This week, his amazing office staff got me an appointment for the very next day (a Saturday) for an emergency visit. Love this office! Thank you for the great and professional service!

  My previous dentist was not serving me well, crowns would fail in a couple of years, one bridge popped off after a couple of months, etc.
  
  Now I drive 100 miles to see Dr. Heap, and have been seeing him for several years. All his work was fully explained and options given before I started treatment. Dr. Heap's work is excellent, I am well satisfied, even though the drive makes for a long day.

  My wife and I have been patients for well over 20 years. We were so lucky to find Dr Heap and his practice when we moved from Virginia in the early nineties. Everyone I have ever encountered in the office is totally focused on the patient, friendly and helpful. My two "children" who are both in their thirties now travel from Tampa and New York city (yes NEW YORK) to go to Dr. Heap. That should say it all!!

  I recently needed a Root Canal. Rut Roh! But, Dr. Heap was great! He is a very good Dentist. He always told me what was going on and what to expect. Very calming! And his office staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I asked to be kept on an on-call list in case there were cancellations and they called me! What a wonderful service. They diligently call and try to fit you in. I felt cared for during the process and valued by the office.
