Hes a really great doctor. Down to earth and actually cares. He remembers my husband and I and always asks about one or the other regardless what were visiting for.
Only downside is terrible wait time. Almost every visit is an hour wait regardless of your appointment time. But once you're with the Dr. He never rushes you and is extremely attentive which makes the wait worth while
He and the staff provide excellent care. I really like the attention I get there.
I have been seeing Dr. Bautista for 23 years. He saved my life and I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for him. After going thru 5 others doctors he is the one that figured out what was wrong with me immediately. I was rushed for surgery. In the past his staff has been rude, I brought it to his attention and he fixed it immediately, even made the girl apologize to me personally (she no longer works there). His wait times are long, because he cares about his clients. He sees them in the hospital, he takes time with them when they are in the office. If you can get over the wait time when schedule appointments and look beyond that....you will find a caring, loving doctor and that is hard to come by these days. I won't go to anyone else!!
He is always considerate and listens to my concerns.
