At 7 months pregnant I found out I had Melanoma between my neck & shoulder. My dermatologist office was not able to do the operation, so they referred me to Osceola Plastics.
From my first appointment, Dr. Jaramillo and his staff we're absolutely wonderful. They scheduled my operation ASAP & were very careful to make sure everything was done safely for my unborn baby. I couldn't be sedated and the operation had to be done by local anesthesia, right there in the office. The whole way through the operation, Dr. Jaramillo & his assistant kept very close tabs on every single thing.
He was able to close up the area without the need for a skin graph. And even though it was an extremely tight area, everyone who saw the healing scar said he did an amazing job closing it.
He also had to cut off some of my tattoo, & did a beautiful job in doing so.
If you don't live local to their office, but are in need of a Plastic Surgeon, they are most definitely worth the trip! I came all the way from DeLand & it couldn't have been more worth it. Should I ever need a plastic surgeon again, I know exactly where I'll be going.

I had implant removal just yesterday. I feel so blessed that Dr Jaramillo was my doctor. Days before surgery he answered all of my questions. What I liked best, was that he compared me to me. I wanted implants inserted the same day. Doctor suggested
a "wait and see" period about 30 days. The waiting period, he stated provides me a new perspective to move forward or not.
Also, I would like to mention that the front desk is very organized, prompt, and courteous.
I highly recommend.
