(April 20, 2018, 10:20 am)Phone broke and I needed a new one stat. I came in to the store to see what they had and not only was Peter very knowledgeable about the phones they were selling, but he also listened well to me when I was describing what I needed and didn't try to sell me anything outside of my price range. I ended up coming back fairly close to closing time, and he stepped up to get my order through and even ended up staying a few minutes late. He ended up finding me an excellent deal on a phone outside of my price range that placed it below the other phone I was considering in cost and I walked out with a phone years newer than I was expecting. He even showed me some features on his own device, which was the same, to help famliarize me with the phone. Absolutely stellar customer service. Too bad I can't give a 6/5.

(March 16, 2018, 6:17 pm)I have been a Verizon customer for literally 20 years. This was the best customer service, by far, I have ever had at a Verizon store in all that time. It may be one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Corey Gunter was so patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and had that rare quality of genuinely understanding my pain/frustration and did something about it. I think the other associate's name was Peter, who was also very nice. It took some time, but it was so very worth it. Most Verizon stores are sales outlets who really either don't know how to help or simply regurgitate that old line of you need to figure that out dealing with Verizon online or something. I will never go back to the other Verizon stores around here again. This is what a Verizon store should be like. Thank you to this Victra -run Verizon store and Corey for all your help.
