  I received amazing customer service from Phillip! He truly listened to my concerns regarding my car ???? and took risks just to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Also, Bernard was extremely helpful as he shuttled me to and from work while my car was being worked on. I appreciate their service!

  I love this dealership. They are not pushy when it comes to you looking for a car. They make sure its what you want oppose to what they want for you. They will work with you and make sure you leave happy with or without a car. Frantz and David are the best. If you go in that location ask for them. 10/10 recommend. Amazing prices knowing you are paying below market value.

  I was in a long process in search of my car however Jorge Felix and Edwin made the process quite an simple and now I’m happy with my new equinox for the price i was willing to pay. Excellent prices and service. I will be recommending. Go there!

  I recently work with Todd and from the very beginning i felt at ease. He explained everything over the phone before i even came in. He walked me through the entire process from the start and showed me all of my options. What an incredible experience and although i didn’t buy yet, i will be coming back very soon for my first car. I have quite a few family and friends that i will be referring to Todd as well in the future. I can’t wait to go back and buy my dream car. I recommend anyone if you’re looking for a car to go see Todd at AutoNation Chevrolet!

  I am not somebody that usually writes reviews, but I feel compelled to do so in this case because of the excellent service that I received from one of the salesmen at AutoNation Chevrolet (West Colonial). The salesman was John-Ross, and he made the car-buying experience a true delight. This was greatly appreciated as a few days earlier we had received less than stellar service at the AutoNation Chevrolet (Airport location). My wife and I made it very clear to John-Ross what we were looking for, and together with sales manager Jessica, they were able to get us in the car we were looking for (for a price we were comfortable with). Normally this should be expected as part of good service, but it's not always the case. What makes John-Ross exceptional in my situation is that the car we decided on was actually located in Miami, and when it arrived in Orlando a couple days later there were a few things that needed to be changed (we ordered the blackout package and a couple of the details were not blacked out). While the pieces we needed were being ordered and delivered, John-Ross kept in constant communication with me to update me and make sure that everything else was okay with the car. Before John-Ross, I had never had a salesman follow up so thoroughly to make sure everything was good, and that I was satisfied. When the remaining pieces arrived, John-Ross actually made sure he was there on his day off to be certain things got taken care, and that I was happy. He is a genuinely nice person who truly cares about his customers and isn't pushy/indifferent like other salesmen can be. AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial is very lucky to have someone like him working for them. If you go there for your next Chevy, I would absolutely recommend asking for John-Ross!
