(January 15, 2019, 10:40 am)The Vista Bistro is a great choice when staying at the hotel here. The food is top notch--tastes like authentic Italian food. I'd personally recommend the pollo piccata, it was delicious. For dessert the tiramisu (even though it looked like a slice of cheesecake at first) was an excellent ending to dinner. Our waiter Wilson was friendly, helpful, and happy to help/recommend options. The only downside was the wait time for food, and it's fairly pricey, but it's by far worth the wait and the serving sizes are certainly reasonable.
