(October 12, 2017, 9:08 pm)When my Mercedes dealership have me poor service, I decided to go to Firestone to investigate why I had a wobble in the car's drive. They didn't even charge me any money, diagnosed the problem ( metal wheel was physically bent from driving over some pothole), suggested a cheap repair shop, and have good recommendation on replacement tires and why they had died prematurely (Mercedes dealership had failed to rotate tires for the past 3 years). Last but not the least: they explained to me everything in detail, physically showed me the problem, and suggested different solutions. I'm an engineer and I can tell when someone is trying to BS me to get me to buy unnecessary stuff. With these guys, I grilled them, and they gave me straight answers. Well done!
