Taylor was very helpful! Went in in the afternoon with a broken switch controller. In less than an hour, he called with the issue and let me know that a repair would be more expensive than a replacement, and had looked up where to get a replacement and the price. I had a new controller and my switch back same day. Have used UBreakiFix before and will continue to keep using them!

I brought in my Nintendo switch joy cons and pro controller to fix the dreaded analog stick drift. They were able to reduce the drift by cleaning them and helped prolong the life of my equipment.
