She was well prepared and very helpful.The coach was very clear with her direction and ended each set of direction with the invite to ask her questions if you needed to? She pushed the class but did not make anyone feel uncomfortable! This is a rare combination! I felt very comfortable in this location because it was kept very clean. From the time I arrived the staff took our temperature and were very well organized. I could see the coach and staff cleaning the entire workout area after the previous class and I was very glad to see the level of effort taken to keep me safe!Thank you for a very enjoyable experience!
