Best experience I’ve had so far! Starting as a beginner, I was afraid to look weak in front of others but as soon as I started with Goat Fitness I’ve felt more comfortable then ever! The trainer Josh, helped me with the correct forms for workouts, what I should and shouldn’t be eating, and more. After this experience I’ve recommended some friends who were with different trainers, and they are more then happy they’ve switched to goat fitness because they are now seeing the results they’ve been looking for!

I have been training with Coach Josh for over 3 years. Throughout all the challenges in life this gym has been a life saver for me. I can always count on a positive, motivating energy however they are never rude or over bearing when it comes to workouts. This is a perfect gym for beginners as well as experienced gym-goers. I have lost 40lbs in just my first 6 months working with Tony. Now I am in the best shape of my life. Goat Mode offers reasonable prices and work with your budget so both you and your child can benefit from their services. My 11 year old son and I are so happy with our progress.
