(February 18, 2019, 11:24 am)First time visiting and I can tell you that it was pleasant and the office was clean and laid out well. The staff while in training is working very hard to ensure a positive customer experience. There was minimal waiting and unlike other dentist office's. We did not feel like we were on an assembly line.
Just need to lose the rehearsed greeting and make it more authentic.
Less a star because this is the first visit. I'm sure they will earn a 5-star rating by the 3rd visit, because we plan on returning in 6 months for follow up. -

(February 14, 2019, 12:23 pm)Fresh and new appearance. Staff is personable and nice. The technology is amazing. They take their time and really concentrate on just you. The hygienist Lynn and Dr. Froyan were both great. I highly recommend this office.

When we came for our appointments Ann & Liz that took care of us as well as Dr Wakim were all Wonderful, friendly, efficient, caring and didn’t try doing procedures we didn’t need. They all knew our insurance and what was covered and how much as I too called before coming in. Me & my daughters teeth felt Great when we left! Thankful this office is close to home & the office & staff is so Great! -

(December 21, 2018, 7:20 am)Had a wonderful experience as a first patient! I felt they really took care of me. Eveyone is very down to earth and thoughtful, even about the financial end of the visit. Couldn't have ask for more! If you are looking for a smooth operation with great people, this is the dental experience for you!
ADDED BONUS: THEY LET YOU SEE ALL THE X-RAYS OF YOUR TEETH! !! PRETTY COOL! -

India and Mindy were super sweet along with the dentist. I am so happy I chose them as my new dentist being I relocated recently to FL. Can’t wait to go back for my general cleaning,
