    Great atmosphere, tons of camaraderie and support from not only the great coaching staff but also the other members. Felt at home from the moment I got there. The new (almost a year now) location is awesome and the equipment is second to none in the area. If you are interested in cross fit or want to try something different then stop in. I am sure you will not be dissapointed.

    Large work out space. Equipment in great shape. INCREDIBLE coaching. Amazing community. We call the owner 'Mama T' because she is that invested and involved. So, so thankful for this box!!

    Great atmosphere with very friendly and knowledgeable coaches. The athletes are all friendly and encouraging. The facilities are top notch with new top of the line equipment and if they need something to support the programming they purchase it. Very clean facility with clean bathrooms too.

    I love this place!!! The workouts are amazing and are customized for all levels. The coaches are top notch and the people that I work out with are friendly and fun! I always feel like I was encouraged/pushed to do my very best (which I love) and got a great workout. I knew on day 1 that this would be the place for me and I have been here ever since!

    Crossfit Iron Shamrock has helped me so much in such a short amount of time. Their unbelievable coaching staff and their personable approach to fitness makes the atmosphere a refreshing change of pace compared to other gyms I have been to. Life long member!
