(July 12, 2018, 12:30 pm)First off let me say leasing management agents are really professional and take their time with the tenants. The property is very well kept. Maintenance men are very professional and friendly. I have on several occasions allowed entries to fix things and I had no issues. Requests are done on the website and completed immediately following with an email of completion. Pesticides are done as well every few months and I have no big issues at all even after the pouring rain. Neighbors are really quit. I had no problems. The neighborhood is also mixed with different ethnicities and ages. The only thing I can say can maybe be updated and fixed is the gate as it seems to suppose to be a gated community, mail boxes as some are broken, the gym is not dated and really small and the laundry room has two machines and two dryers and should be updated. I don’t use any of the facilities except the pool which is nice and clean. I don’t need to as I have a gym membership and am okay with doing laundry at a laundromat because I don’t have a washer/dryer at the moment. I really love living here and West Point Villas takes care of their tenants.

Staff is friendly and they’re quick to fix your problems, I do have just one complaint though; the gym is only open 8-5 and only on weekdays. People have to jobs to go to and it’s hard finding time to go to the gym. Also there are only 4 machines in the gym but only one of them work :( that is the only negative thing, please fix this! Thank you :)

West Pointe Villas staff did a great job holding a BBQ on the premises April 2nd, 2015. Lots of happy kids splashing in the pool and climbing around the playground. While some staff was busy grilling burgers and hot dogs, the staff not grilling competed with residents in the hula hoop and potato sack races.
