I had the pleasure being seen here. Went out of town for Easter, the symptoms for Mastitis hit me hard on the drive over. Dr. Lanning was very sweet listening to my symptoms and agreed right away with what I thought. My nurses Katelyn and Denise were quick and efficient. The whole visit was quick, to the point, and I was out quickly to enjoy the rest of my holiday. Thank you ladies!

I highly recommend this location. I came in on a Saturday morning, told them my symptoms and I was brought straight back to a room. I really appreciate Denise and Ryan for their demeanor and kindness. Was in pain but they made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

I would strongly recommend this particular location. I went in very frustrated because I had an 8 o'clock appointment at the Bumby office only to be told that they didn't have a certified doctor to do my DOT physical. I had called beforehand to make sure there was a certified doctor and I was told that there would be one there on Sunday morning of my appointment. I got there and was told that the doctor wasn't certified. Of course, this made me very upset but I kept my cool and I left. I called around to the different locations and found the Aloma office. This office was my last choice because of the distance from my home. They were an amazing group of women, from the front desk staff, nurse and Dr. Beth. Words can't describe how they made me feel. I forgot about what happened to me earlier. Thank you ladies for making my day brighter. I strongly recommend the Aloma location. I will be going to this location, in the future, regardless of the distance.

Yesterday was my second visit to this Centra Care location and I had an overall good experience. I made an online appointment the day before and showed up 5 min prior to my appointment time. I was sternly greeted at the front desk with no pleasantries and were straight to the point. I sat for about 5 min before being called back by the nurse who showed me to an exam room. Immediately after the nurse took my vitals, the doctor entered the room to evaluate my symptoms and develop a care plan. I asked the doctor if they could perform an EKG since some of my symptoms were cardiac related and I hadn’t had one in years. The doctor explained that they didn’t have an EKG machine at their facility and it would require me to visit the local emergency room or a heart specialist to obtain one. Moments later I had my care plan and was discharged from the facility. I was in and out in 30 min. The nurse and doctor were very pleasant, had a positive attitude and treated me with care and respect. I have a primary care physician, but will definitely visit this facility in the future for my urgent care needs. If I had to make a recommendation to AdventHealth, I’d say train the front desk personnel to be more courteous and pleasant to incoming patients as most are sick or injured, not feeling well and would benefit from a smile and a warm greeting. Secondly, EKG capabilities would be a benefit to patients for an early detection of the existence of cardiac issues. Thanks for listening!!
