The veterinarians and staff at Winter Park Veterinary Hospital have consistently provided the most kind, expert, and quality care to my 2 doggies. They always follow up with a call to be sure all is well, and I know that they truly care about the health and wellness of my babies.

Dr McIntosh and the entire staff at WP Vet are truly amazing. We lost our sweet pup a few weeks ago and they made us feel like we were part of their family throughout the entire process. I will continue to bring all of our animals to Dr McIntosh because she truly takes the time to listen to you and do everything she can to help!

Our parakeet was really sick in our opinion. I emailed and left a message for an appointment on Saturday evening. To our surprise, they called Sunday morning and said bring our little feathered fellow in right away. It was a two hour drive. She had the best of care as we waited in our car. They were wonderful keeping us informed. However, after paying almost $400.00 and then were told there was really no diagnosis and to continue care it would be $600.00 more plus hospitalization for more testing to be done. With COVID devastating us with death in our family and not being able to work, we could just not afford a bill like that. The Veterinarian that we saw understood and gave us oral medications to bring home. That is the one and only reason for not a 5 Star rating.

I just moved to Orlando and had to bring my bunny Toby here when another vet turned him away and this was the best decision I've ever made. The vet was a very nice man and reassured me he was in good hands. Toby is doing amazing and had gotten better everyday since. Thank you so much to Veterinarian Doctor Andy and all the staff involved.

Great experience here! My puppy is a little anxious and they did great with her. They are taking extra precautions with COVID which I really appreciate. The vet was very kind and explained everything I needed to know. They took great care of her and were very thorough in her check-up and treatment!
