I've been a patient at National Pain Institute for over 10 years. Being a Chronic Back sufferer for over 50 years, due to an accident and I thought I had exhausted all my options for relief, including many surgeries.
I was referred to National, l Pain institute, and saw Dr. Jungreis, who immediately made it clear to me, there was a way to ease my pain, without constant medication...I have had Facet Rhizotomies, and Epidurals.
About 3 years ago Dr. Miletic took over my care. He has been wonderful, as well as being very skilled in his profession of Pain Management. I am still getting sets of epidurals, but now maybe only every 12 months. I'm not totally pain free, but able to live a productive life, of course within the limits I can tolerate. I am in charge of my pain, it is not in charge of me, and Dr. Miletik has made that possible for me.
Now a few words for the staff, Patty at the front desk is a treasure....The nurses in the OR, and all the office staff, have made this Pain Center run like a well oiled Cog. I can't praise them enough, nor can I thank them enough.
