(August 28, 2018, 11:03 am)Not sure what some of the others experienced during their stays but I can say with much certainty that this place truly cares for their patients. No foul odors, smiling staff, and extremely effective rehab staff. Jessica the Nursing Director is on top of her game and made sure that nursing care was being provided as ordered. The only gripe (and it's a minor one) was that the food isn't exactly gourmet... Dan the manager was very professional and quickly addressed any concerns we had. If your loved one needs care following a hospital stay, look no further.

(June 14, 2018, 9:36 am)We moved here in 2013 my mom hadn't walked in over a year she was placed in this nursing home the nurses was excellent but the therapist reached above magnificent to get my mom back to walking . In 2017 she had another stroke my mom chose to go back facility is still good my mom love it and so do I .. I was that child that said I would never put my mom in a facility but regents park proved me wrong ...

They make sure that pretty much every staff member knows your name...even if it's been weeks or months since they've seen you, you walk into the building and the staff all welcomes you and knows your name. The nurses are great and they are so helpful. Not feeling well on a Sunday afternoon, you can go in and see a nurse and they will help you out. The case managers are great, too. Very helpful and they will check in with you by phone if you don't show up for meds each week...some people might find that invasive, but when I was home sick with the flu for over a week with no one to help me, it was nice to get a call from my case worker to make sure I was okay. There are activities, showers, laundry facility and 3 meals a day...with a dinner size hot meal for lunch. Great place, great staff. Highly recommended.

yourself and unless you have a lot of time, the physical ability and a sound mind I would really recommend Regents. (Don't just drop your loved ones off and not be included in their care) They treat each resident with care, but sometimes the resident can not speak for themselves and that is usually where the problem lies. The food and the PT are great.
They have various activities to enlighten the residents.
