I scheduled the repair through AHS warranty on my home that was bought when I bought my home. The call to AHS was a little rough, but they are not the electrician company.
Spoke to the electrician company and they advised that I do "line items" with AHS to prevent them from charging me extra. I did as advised and appreciate the savings there.
The electrian and his helper showed up, checked the needed repair needs, repaired the needed items, cleaned up, and left with no issues. I waited a week to make sure all was good and no issues at all. Very friendly and professional. They even asked if it was a bother for them to grab a quick lunch in front of the house since they had some time and I told them I had no issues at all.
Repairs were simple and they were on their "A" game. I might even reach out to them to do some other work for me that is not warranty covered.
Excellent service from them. Had a bunch of problems with the home warranty company but their scheduling assistant walked me through the process and helped me get my home warranty to fix their mistake. Professional and accommodating company!
Great experience with this company! Got me booked in no time where all polite and respectful called to check up on while I waited for my appt. The tech came out Mr Dan was quick found the problems fixed said problems and was out in no time all in all a great experience! Thank you Matt and tiffany as well.
My experience with RR was actually excellent. After being assigned them from my American home shield claim I was informed they would contact me within 24hrs in which they did, came out and called me 30min in route which I requested. They spoke to me to find out what concerns I was having, explained to me what they were going to do, what to expect, and delivered. They even went above and beyond the call and fixed a few things they saw in the electrical panel at free will and explained everything in a friendly manner.
