“Absolutely wonderful staff. My son had his first visit a few weeks ago and I was pleased with the entire staff. Maria the medical assistant was friendly. Dr Elfaki was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my concerns and my son's. She was very thourough. My son loved her and we felt we can trust in what she says. Unfortunately on the second visit my son was overwhelmed and exhausted while waiting and we had to cancel just before they called his name. We left and I realized I need to find someone closer to home. Yes there is a wait. Both times we had to wait no matter how early we arrived but that is because Dr. Elfaki gives individualized and personable attention to each patient. Do you want a doctor that rushes or a doctor that takes their time.? She is very knowledgable and I hope the doctor I found closer to home will be as exceptional as Dr. Elfaki. If not I would actually rent a hotel room to be closer for his appointments. The drive is a bit much for both my son and I. Then We're always super early to our appointments and that takes a toll on us but we want to respect the doctors time and arrive at our schedule time and traffic is unpredictable. If it wasn't for that we would never have changed doctors. Dr Elfaki is brilliant, compassionate and empathetic. She takes her time with each patient. If you come early it doesn't mean you're seen early she is not going to abandon a patient because you came in 10 minutes early. There are other people waiting before you to be seen as well. If your child is healthy and just needs check ups then settle for a doctor that will see you quick. If your child is like my son that has so many medical issues and been to various specialist and doctors have not received answers or quality, conpassionate care. I suggest you see Elfaki. We're trying a doctor closer to home but if that doesn't work out we will be back. I have had doctors at a local children's hospital see us on time, talk for a few minutes and not really listen. Then they are just as quick to go on to the next patient and that's in a place with many doctors. Dr. Elfaki is one doctor providing individualized care. She is intelligent, knowledgable and is focused on getting answers. 4 stars only because I wish she had a closer location. It's not the Doctors fault but still :-) thank you all for quality care. She saw him for one appointment but I knew right away she was good.”

“I started coming here a few insurances ago, after using the in-network doctor search. Since then, each time I've needed to change insurance, I've had a moment of panic where I hoped this office was still in-network. So far, so good. Appointment availability is amazing. I've called many times to be seen on the same day and each time I've been accommodated. Service is never inconvenient and the front desk staff are always friendly. The wait times aren't bad. Doctors offices have a terrible reputation for making you wait hours for an appointment. I find that if I'm there 5 min ahead of time, I'm usually in the room within 15 minutes or so. I've seen both Nicole Floyd and Sonya Brown at this location and they're both amazing at what they do. They take the time to listen, they ask supplemental questions, and they aren't afraid to try different combinations of remedies if necessary. They truly have a caring approach to treating patients, instead of milking them for money like plenty of medical staff I've dealt with over the years. Parking is convenient, too. Handicap ramp for accessibility, and a comfort environment inside (not frigid, like many medical offices).”
